Rhytidoplasty

Procedure to remove excess skin of the face and correct facial contours resulting from the effects of gravity, aging of both the skin and bone.

In order to smooth fine lines (wrinkles), tighten facial skin and muscles, recreate facial contours, the procedure may require removing excess facial skin.

Since there is bone reabsorption, facial fillers may be required, such as osteotomies or wearing dentures as the chin area.
